Dr. Gershenbaum is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Miami and Reconstructive Surgeon, Diplomat A.B.O.S. as recognized by the Florida board of Health, Medicare Law and the Federal Government. A renowned specialist in plastic surgery Miami, he also has specialized training in reconstructive surgery for birth defects, traumatic injuries and deformities from cancer including microsurgery and breast reconstruction.
Dr. Gershenbaum's meticulous attention to detail has earned him a reputation of "perfectionist". His dramatic "defining liposculpture" and reputation for beautiful breasts has him sought out by patients requiring corrective surgery.
Dr. Gershenbaum has completed a rigorous general surgery residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York prior to his Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. He has also studied under several world-renowned authorities in plastic surgery. He is a Diplomat of the National Osteopathic Board of Medical Examiners and a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He is certified in Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support.
